The Licensed Practical Nurse serves as the primary communication link between management, residents, and their families while actively contributing to patient care and safety protocols. This role is critical for ensuring resident well-being through condition monitoring and the provision of skilled, compassionate care.

The Licensed Practical Nurse acts as the key communication contact between management, residents and their families as well as contributing to patient care and safety. They play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of residents, monitoring their conditions, and providing compassionate and skilled care.

What You Will Need

At least 1 years’ experience in working with seniors.

Demonstrated excellence in dementia care and interpersonal skills.

Completion of an accredited License Practical Nurse education program.

Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the provincial College of Licensed Practical Nurses.

Current Basic Cardiac Life Support – Health Care Provider.
