The wage range is from $28.00 to $35.00 per hour depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate's work experience and will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
  • Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
  • Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
  • Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts

About You

  • Minimum 3 year of administration experience
  • Clinical background and experience with Cleardent dental software programs considered an asset
  • Cantonese fluency is a strong asset.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of administration experience and must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Clinical background and experience with Cleardent dental software programs are considered assets, as is fluency in Cantonese.
