NSNU - Portability of seniority as per the collective agreement. On Call: Yes Existing Vacancy: Yes – we’re currently hiring candidates for an existing vacancy in this position. Flex Nursing - Nurses in Flex positions will be scheduled on a monthly basis and will receive their scheduled hours of work (by FTE status) four (4) weeks in advance. Nurses in Flex positions will not be given an individual rotation with regularly scheduled days of work.
