Members will provide input on programs, services, and policies from a client or caregiver perspective, sharing lived experiences to enhance accessibility and responsiveness. They will also review communication materials and actively participate in meetings and collaborative discussions.
Applicants must be a current or former DCHC client, or a caregiver to a DCHC client, with a strong interest in improving healthcare experiences. A willingness to share personal experiences and the ability to attend meetings regularly are essential qualifications.

Term One fiscal year, with possibility of renewal Attend at least 60% of meetings annually
