The Occupational Therapist will develop tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans for individuals recovering from workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents. Responsibilities include performing clinical evaluations, recommending workplace modifications, and providing education to clients and employers.
Candidates must be registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia. While new graduates are welcome, experience in neurological rehabilitation, mental health, or ergonomics is considered an asset.
(Based on experience; option to work under a variable pay model, including a Fee for Service, is available)

About Lifemark Physiotherapy Hazelwood Clinic, located in Surrey, BC.
The clinical team at our Hazlewood (Surrey) clinic are passionate about enriching the health of their clients through a holistic approach, as the Occupational Therapist you will create tailored rehabilitation plans, recommend job or home modifications, and assist with return-to-work planning. Also addressing physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges and support skill-building and environmental adaptation to improve their independence and quality of life.
