What You’ll Do Accurately and safely fill prescriptions in accordance with established workflows and SOPs. Provide patient counselling on new therapies, ensuring understanding and confidence in medication use. Support adherence monitoring and ongoing medication consultations as needed. Maintain and update patient profiles in compliance with privacy legislation and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and pharmacy staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Ensure compliance with all applicable standards set by NAPRA and the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP). Provide relief coverage for scheduled absences, peak volumes, or short-notice needs. Weekend availability is considered a strong asset.
