include conducting level of care (LOC) assessments using criteria like ASAM, completing required evaluations such as screening and biopsychosocial histories, and accurately documenting all assessment and intake records within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Candidates must possess either an Associate's Degree with two years of clinical experience or a Bachelor's degree with one year of clinical experience. Key duties involve maintaining proficiency in assessment protocols, coordinating with community resources, and managing documentation in both the company EHR and the PA WITS system.
