About the role

The Registered Massage Therapist will deliver hands-on, client-centered care by assessing and treating clients using evidence-informed manual therapy techniques tailored to individual needs. They will also collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure integrated, coordinated patient care.

About the Role

As a Registered Massage Therapist at our Port Coquitlam clinic, you’ll step into working alongside a collaborative, interdisciplinary healthcare team. You’ll work alongside physiotherapists, kinesiologists, chiropractors, registered dieticians, and clinical counsellors, providing evidence-informed, patient-centered care in one of BC’s most integrated private healthcare settings. This role offers schedule flexibility, including morning shifts, and a fee split of 70%. As a Registered Massage Therapist at Tall Tree, you will: Deliver hands-on, client-centered care. You’ll assess and treat clients using evidence-informed manual therapy techniques—including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and others within your scope. You’ll have the time and support to tailor treatment plans to each individual, helping them recover, manage pain, and move with more ease. Be a trusted part of an interdisciplinary care team. You’ll collaborate closely with Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Chiropractors, Occupational Therapists, and Clinical Counsellors to ensure your clients receive integrated, coordinated care—without silos. You’re never on your own here. Handle the clinical essentials—without getting bogged down. You’ll maintain clear and professional clinical documentation and communicate with insurers or other third parties as needed. We’ve got systems and admin support in place so you can spend more time treating and less time chasing paperwork. Keep growing as a clinician. We believe better practitioners = better care. We’re looking for someone who is: Licensed to practice massage therapy in BC. You’re registered with the College of Massage Therapists of BC and ready to bring your clinical skills to a collaborative, client-first environment. Requirements
